Within the Strategi Stack fund framework, the fund itself becomes the investor, taking an active role in our targeted real estate projects. When a fund opts for equity investment in one of our properties, it gains a stake in the LLC that holds the property title, with Strategi Stack managing the LLC and the fund becoming a member.


From inception through to the final stages, Strategi Stack oversees every aspect of the project. We offer regular updates on the project's progress and share visual updates through our online platform. After project completion, the fund receives the return of its initial capital along with any accrued profits. It is then the fund's responsibility to allocate the returns among its individual investors.


Strategi Stack welcomes investments from any fund where all participating investors are accredited. It is important to note that funds with non-accredited investors, or funds that do not themselves satisfy accredited investor criteria, will not be eligible to engage in our syndication offerings.
